English Synonyms and Antonyms
bail
The first four words agree in denoting something given or deposited as an assurance of something to be given, paid, or done. An earnest is of the same kind as that to be given, a portion of it delivered in advance, as when part of the purchase-money is paid, according to the common expression, "to bind the bargain." A pledge or security may be wholly different in kind from that to be given or paid, and may greatly exceed it in value. Security may be of real or personal property — anything of sufficient value to make the creditor secure; a pledge is always of personal property or chattels. Every pawnshop contains unredeemed pledges; land, merchandise, bonds, etc., are frequently offered and accepted as security. A person may become security or surety for another's payment of a debt, appearance in court, etc.; in the latter case, he is said to become bail for that person; the person accused gives bail for himself. Gage survives only as a literary word, chiefly in certain phrases; as, "the gage of battle."

How to use BAIL in a sentence?
The judges should have discretion to weigh dangerousness. It's about the victim, but even if you were having a conversation with the strongest advocate of cashless bail, I would challenge them on this point : I would argue that they're doing a disservice to the person who attacked us on stage last night because they rush -- they have to, by law -- they have to rush to get him released.
I believe that it would be a serious hardship to She' yaa's family and a loss for our community if he is not allowed bail so that he can be released from prison.
Tacopinatold Entertainment Tonightthat:
We are posting bail, quite frankly I suspect the timing of this was not coincidental. I think the whole purpose of this was to prevent him from doing that tribute to Nipsey [Hussle] on Sunday at the Grammys.
I think The Justice Department is clear from the indictment that came out The Justice Department's not about punishing journalism, The Justice Department is about assisting the hacking of a military computer to steal information from the United States government, and look, I'll wait and see what happens with the charges and how The Justice Department proceeds, but he skipped bail in the UK, the bottom line is United States has to answer for what United States has done, at least as it's been charged.
I supported bail reform. Under my plan, dangerous people don't get to buy their way out of people. Senator Johnson may have not encountered a problem he couldn't buy his way out of, but that is not the reality for a majority of people in this state, under my plan, the perpetrator would not have been able to get out whether he paid a $1000 or $100,000.
