Sometimes I want to put in a really great workout, but I have a million things to do that day, so all I can really do is go for a walk, … I think people often focus on how long the workout is, how sweaty you are when you’re done and how tired you are afterward. Some days you’ll want to go cycling, but on another day your body really wants a good yoga stretch. You’ll feel great afterward and it won’t feel like a chore.
