English Synonyms and Antonyms
novel
Fiction is now chiefly used of a prose work in narrative form in which the characters are partly or wholly imaginary, and which is designed to portray human life, with or without a practical lesson; a romance portrays what is picturesque or striking, as a mere fiction may not do; novel is a general name for any continuous fictitious narrative, especially a love-story; fiction and novel are used with little difference of meaning, except that novel characterizes a work in which the emotional element is especially prominent. The moral of the fable is expressed formally; the lesson of the fiction, if any, is inwrought. A fiction is studied; a myth grows up without intent. A legend may be true, but can not be historically verified; a myth has been received as true at some time, but is now known to be false. A fabrication is designed to deceive; it is a less odious word than falsehood, but is really stronger, as a falsehood may be a sudden unpremeditated statement, while a fabrication is a series of statements carefully studied and fitted together in order to deceive; the falsehood is all false; the fabrication may mingle the true with the false. A figment is something imaginary which the one who utters it may or may not believe to be true; we say, "That statement is a figment of his imagination." The story may be either true or false, and covers the various senses of all the words in the group. Apologue, a word simply transferred from Greek into English, is the same as fable. Compare ALLEGORY.

'Lost Illusion' is the undisclosed title of every novel.
The rewards can be used to encourage children to repeatedly try fruits and vegetables, and there is some evidence to suggest that repeatedly tasting novel foods increases their acceptability.
Naturally, you don't sit down in 'white hot inspiration' and write with a burning flame in front of you, but since I knew I could never be happy being anything but a writer, and 'Mockingbird' put itself together for me so accommodatingly, I kept at it because I knew it had to be my first novel, for better or for worse.
Kullar said. Kullar, also a member of the Infectious Disease Society of America (IDSA), explained patients who recoverfrom the novel coronavirus can shed viral fragments for weeks, giving some tests a positive result even though the virus is no longer live. But the 33-year-old mans case is a different scenario, Kullar noted. This report sequenced the virus from both rounds of infection and found differences in both sets of the virus, showing that the patient may have been infected a second time. This may support the finding that some patients [who]get infected with COVID-19 have diminishing antibody levels after just a few months.
We go all the way to France for the expedition, and there, surrounded by a much larger team, coming from a wide array of backgrounds, you realize that the piece of this robot you've been working on at Stanford is actually part of something much bigger, you get a sense of how important this is, how novel and significant the dive is going to be, and what this means for science overall.
