How to use put off in a sentence?
One of the unhealthy behaviors we see is avoidance. We have a tendency to avoid and put off during tax season. What happens is that when we continue to avoid over a long term, we are inadvertently telling ourselves that this task is so hard, we can not deal with it, and it becomes overwhelming, i encourage people to do the things to prepare ahead of time. Also, if you have good healthy habits in place, don't abandon them.

Nothing is ever off the table in these things.
Know the true value of time snatch, seize, and enjoy every moment of it. No idleness no laziness no procrastination never put off till tomorrow what you can do today.
Don't put off till tomorrow what you could do today because if you do it today and you like it you can do it again tomorrow.
Only put off until tomorrow what you are willing to die having left undone.
